They work tirelessly to guarantee proper utilization of services and resources as well in order to not only cut cost for our clients but also to ensure that the injured worker is back to work as soon as possible.

Our case managers work within, between, and outside of facilities facilitating outstanding patient care utilizing proven strategies that are beneficial to our client’s bottom line and in line with the tailored strategy outlined by us and the client at the onset of the particular claim.

Our case managers are specialists at obtaining the best results by working with patients, adjusters, and other healthcare professionals in order meet the patients complex needs and obtain the desired outcome. They make provisions for current and future needs of patients. 

Given the delicate of case management our case managers take great pains to ensure that ethical and legal issues are addressed during the life of the claim. Additionally, given that we have built long standing connections in the industry our case managers ensure that the patient is given the appropriate medical services and is seen by the the best doctor possible.

Our field case managers get a great sense of the big picture of each claim in order to work holistically, ensuring that patient care and discharge plans meet the physical, social, and emotional needs of patients.

Telephonic case management

We work hard to provide care coordination, education and counseling for the patient through telephonic case management when it is appropriate. Through this method of management we are able to reach individuals in their homes and influence their healthcare outcomes and immediately influence our clients bottom line through cost reduction. Through telephonic case management our team is able to coordinate certain operations, including collaboration of the health care team that can include patient, physicians, pharmacists, nursing staff, social workers, Home Health staff and other services offered by the medical group to facilitate management of the patient.
